RESERVATION
POLICIES
To confirm and hold your reservation, a deposit of 50% is required.  We accept VISA, Mastercard, or personal checks.  Your phone reservation will be held for five days so your deposit can be mailed and received.  If you cancel your reservation 3 months (or more) before your arrival date, we will refund your deposit, less a $50.00 rebooking fee.  If your cancellation is less than 3 months, your deposit will be refunded when, and only if, your reservation has been filled with a new reservation, less a $50.00 rebooking fee. 

We do not allow pets, jet skis, or camping.

CHECK IN - CHECK OUT
Prompt 9:00 am check-out insures us enough
time for cleaning.  This helps us make sure our
accommodations are ready for the
next 3:00 pm check-in.
